999 IT Solutions sells 999 DMS as a subscription software product. This policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions purchased through our website or application.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription purchase if the service has not met the described capabilities and you contact us with a clear reason. Refunds are not available for renewals after the refund window unless required by law.
Refund process
Email info@999itsolutions.com with your company name, registered email, payment reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method where possible.
Delivery time
999 DMS tenant access is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Trial tenants receive access immediately upon registration.
